Through the contract of guarantee of results (GRCS) technical group is committed to the property that the production facility of geothermal origin in particular detached house heating is able to provide the amount of thermal energy provided.
The amount of guaranteed power is subordinated to the energy demand of housing, calculated according to data provided by the property.
In order to effect this guarantee, a kilocalorias counter is installed in pump which will be supervised by both parties annually. Geothermal will additionally be a counter of electric kWh which is exclusive to the BDC.
